Some food for thought:

  • Stick to your usual routine. Wake up, get dressed, eat breakfast, and try to recreate your day as normal.
  • Take time to workout every day.
  • For days off work, take advantage of the time to stretch, workout, or focus on self-care with a bath, essential oils, self-massage, or hobbies.
  • Set alarms to make sure you get up and move throughout the day.
  • Stay hydrated and try reducing caffeine by brewing relaxing tea.
  • Take a walk, get fresh air while practicing social distance and good hygiene.
  • Keep your home clean. More time at home means more dust. Wash counters often and follow safe food handling procedures.
  • Don’t touch your face. Try using a sweatband or bandana if you get sweat in your eyes.
  • Try not to stress eat or lose track of eating habits. Remember portion sizes and snack responsibly!
  • This is a stressful time, try meditating, breathing exercises, or light stretches.
  • Stay social. Give someone a call, video chat, play games, write a letter—unity gives us strength!
  • Working from home? Make sure you have a designated work area that doesn’t strain your body.
