Fun and fit morning at Color the Town Pink

On October 8, we gathered at Deer Park Town Center in the morning for our annual Color the Town Pink event. The morning started with a Zumba class, followed by an emotional pink balloon release to remember and give hope to those who’ve lost the battle or are currently fighting cancer. A wonderful fashion show was presented with clothing from retailers at Deer Park, worn by those affected by cancer. We rounded the afternoon off with a Group Core class, and a relaxing yoga session. Vendors were on site with goodies, and our raffle winners were excited to take home great prizes. The best part was handing $3,000 to benefit Breast Care Center at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital at the end of the afternoon. We’re looking forward to next year, already!

We still have Color the Town Pink event bags left! Includes: 32 oz. Color the Town Pink bottle and Color the Town Pink yoga towel in a large Lululemon bag! Cost: $10 donation. Email me to grab yours.
